We’re hiring a Video Producer who can own projects end-to-end and bring client visions to life through video. We’re looking for someone who understands not just how to shoot and edit, but how stories are planned, captured, refined, and delivered in real-world environments.

This role is for a professional who:

  • Can take a project from idea to delivery

  • Is comfortable leading when needed and collaborating when appropriate

  • Knows how to show up prepared, think ahead, and execute under real deadlines

  • Can represent Three Link Media confidently in front of CEOs, community leaders, and clients

Some days you’ll lead the project. Some days you’ll work alongside our owner. Either way, you’re trusted to take responsibility and deliver.

Responsibilities

Production & Creative Execution

  • Plan, shoot, and deliver professional video projects from start to finish

  • Collaborate on creative direction, story development, and visual approach

  • Operate mirrorless or cinema cameras with confidence

  • Design and execute professional lighting setups for interviews, b-roll, events, and branded content

  • Capture clean, intentional audio

  • Shoot in studio and on-location environments with consistency and purpose

Pre-Production & Planning

  • Prepare for shoots through scripting, storyboarding, shot lists, and location planning

  • Coordinate logistics, schedules, and shoot details directly with clients

  • Think ahead and identifying potential challenges before they become problems

Post-Production

  • Edit long-form, short-form, and multi-cam video in Adobe Premiere Pro

  • Create motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects

  • Support light graphic design needs in Adobe Illustrator

  • Color correct and color grade footage

  • Deliver clean, polished, platform-ready exports

Workflow & Professionalism

  • Maintain organized file structures, backups, and versioning

  • Manage timelines and deliverables with urgency and care

  • Adapt quickly when projects shift or evolve

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and teammates

  • Contribute to additional production or creative projects as needed to support client and agency goals.

What We’re Looking For

We hire talent, not résumés. You don’t need a specific number of years of experience, but you do need to prove you can perform at a professional level.

Preferred Qualifications

  • strong portfolio (required) showing real projects and your role in them

  • Deep camera, lighting, audio, and editing knowledge

  • Experience in Podcast and Live Stream productions is a plus

  • Comfort working independently without step-by-step direction

  • Strong organizational habits and attention to detail

  • Confidence presenting yourself professionally in any room

  • Creative instincts balanced with reliability and follow-through

  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a desire to keep improving

Work Environment & Schedule

  • Primarily in-office with frequent on-location shoots

  • Flexible schedule within reason

  • Evening, weekend, and occasional holiday work required (compensated accordingly)

  • Fast-paced, collaborative environment with open communication

  • High trust, high expectations, and creative freedom

All production equipment and a modern editing workstation are provided. No personal gear is required.

Compensation

  • Full-time

  • $40,000-$60,000 Annual Salary

  • Final compensation based on skill, availability, and ownership level
