Three Link Media is a creative agency in Decatur, Illinois, helping businesses with branding, digital marketing, website development, video production and graphic design.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys the analytical side of marketing and wants to take ownership of their work. If you like researching how people search, figuring out why a campaign is or isn’t working, and turning what you learn into practical improvements, we’d like to hear from you.
What This Role Is
Your primary focus will be Google Ads and search engine optimization. You’ll work with our team on client campaigns and websites, helping improve search visibility, attract relevant traffic and understand what drives inquiries and leads.
What you’ll do
Research keywords, search intent and competitors to identify opportunities for clients.
Help set up, manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
Review search terms, ad copy, targeting and campaign performance to recommend improvements.
Identify and help implement SEO improvements to website content, page titles, descriptions and structure.
Review website and campaign data to understand traffic, conversions and lead generation.
Share clear performance updates and recommend next steps.
Work with our creative and website team to connect campaign goals with useful content and landing pages.
What We’re Looking For
A strong foundation in digital marketing, with a particular interest in Google Ads and SEO.
Relevant hands-on experience through coursework, an internship, professional work or personal projects.
An analytical approach and the ability to turn data into practical recommendations.
Attention to detail, clear communication and reliable follow-through.
Initiative to keep learning and take responsibility for moving work forward.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console and conversion tracking is helpful. Website development, graphic design or social media experience is a plus, but Google Ads and SEO are the priorities.
Schedule and opportunity
We’re open to part-time or full-time candidates, depending on experience, availability and fit. This opportunity could also be a good fit for a student looking to gain hands-on experience while finishing school.
We’ll discuss the schedule, responsibilities and compensation with candidates as part of the hiring process.
