Marketing Coordinator

We’re looking to add a Integrated Marketing Manager to our team. This should be someone who can manage client relationships, think strategically, and help turn ideas into well-executed campaigns across multiple channels. This role blends strategy, content creation, coordination, and execution, and plays a key role in helping our clients succeed.

The Role

This position is responsible for supporting and executing marketing efforts for multiple clients, working closely with our marketing and creative teams to help bring strategies to life. This role plays a critical part in ensuring campaigns are organized, consistent, and executed well.

You’ll work closely with internal team members to:

·       Assist with implementing marketing strategies and campaigns

·       Create, schedule, and manage content across platforms

·       Maintain and update content calendars

·       Support performance tracking and reporting efforts

·       Ensure messaging remains consistent, on-brand, and aligned with client goals

This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable, someone who can follow direction, stay organized, and contribute meaningfully while gaining exposure to higher-level strategy and client work.

Responsibilities

Marketing Support & Execution

  • Assist with day-to-day marketing needs for assigned clients

  • Help implement marketing strategies and campaigns

  • Create and update content calendars

  • Draft content for social media, newsletters, websites, and campaigns

  • Schedule and manage social media posts

  • Assist with newsletter creation and distribution

  • Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines

Coordination & Organization

  • Support tracking and reporting of marketing activities

  • Help organize assets, timelines, and deliverables

  • Assist with research, planning, and campaign preparation

  • Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization

  • Contribute to additional marketing initiatives and projects as needed to support client and agency goals.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who is organized, thoughtful, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts while maintaining quality and consistency.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role

  • Solid understanding of traditional and digital marketing tools

  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or Adobe Express

  • Basic understanding of SEO writing and content optimization

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Compensation

  • Part-Time or Full-Time

  • $35,000-$45,000 Annual Salary

  • Final compensation based on skill, availability, and ownership level
