Integrated Marketing Manager

We’re looking to add a Integrated Marketing Manager to our team. This should be someone who can manage client relationships, think strategically, and help turn ideas into well-executed campaigns across multiple channels. This role blends strategy, content creation, coordination, and execution, and plays a key role in helping our clients succeed.

The Role
This position is responsible for overseeing and executing marketing efforts for multiple clients , while serving as a strategic partner and day-to-day point of contact.
You’ll work closely with clients and our creative team to:
Develop and implement marketing strategies
Create and manage content
Track performance and refine campaigns over time
Ensure messaging is consistent, on-brand, and effective
This role requires someone who can see both the big picture and the details, someone who can plan strategically while also rolling up their sleeves to execute.
Responsibilities
Strategy & Client Management
Lead and manage day-to-day marketing strategies for assigned clients
Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with business goals
Evaluate and improve current and past marketing efforts
Identify macro (big-picture) and micro (tactical) needs to support successful campaigns
Maintain marketing budgets and ensure efficient use of resources
Serve as a point of contact for client communication and coordination
Content & Campaign Execution
Create and manage content calendars
Develop written content for websites, social media, newsletters, and campaigns
Create and implement social media strategies across platforms
Manage and produce company and client newsletters
Ensure all messaging aligns with established brand guidelines
Oversee and assist with video, graphic, or multimedia content as needed
Design graphics, or create supporting visual assets
Tracking, Optimization, & More
Manage tracking systems for marketing activities
Monitor performance and provide insight into what’s working and what can improve
Identify opportunities for media placements, press coverage, and community exposure
Adjust strategies based on data, results, and client feedback
Contribute to additional marketing initiatives and projects as needed to support client and agency goals.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who is organized, thoughtful, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts while maintaining quality and consistency.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or a related field
5+ years experience in marketing, advertising, or communications preferred
Strong strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution
Experience managing multiple clients or projects simultaneously
Solid working knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools
Experience with platforms such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Adobe Express
Understanding of SEO writing and content optimization
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage deadlines, priorities, and multiple client needs

Compensation
Full-time
$50,000-$70,000 Annual Salary
Final compensation based on skill, availability, and ownership level
